Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Convert Growth and the SEO Report platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by JeVy Design.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added at checkout where applicable
• Yearly plans offer approximately 2 months free compared to monthly billing
• Free trials (where offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 14 days of billing

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or to publish harmful, misleading or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the platform
• Share account access beyond your plan's user limits
• Use AI-generated content without reviewing it before publication
• Violate third-party platform terms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) through our publishing tools

5. AI-generated content

AI content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, social engagement or review outcomes.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (Google, social networks, payment processors). Availability of these integrations depends on third-party services. We are not liable for outages or policy changes by third parties.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, software and branding remain our property. Content you create and data you input remain yours. You grant us a licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
